Cancelling a membership

Cancel any time. You keep access until the end of your current paid month, and you won't be charged again.

Monthly fees aren't refunded for partly used months. If you were charged by mistake, contact us within 14 days for a refund.

Refundable within 7 days of enrolling if the setup meeting hasn't taken place yet.

Unworn items with tags can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact us to start a return or exchange sizes.
