What we collect
Name, email, password (stored securely), membership plan, athlete details you choose to share (school, graduation year, event, marks), parent/guardian name, photo consent, uploaded files, meeting bookings, messages and email list sign-ups. Payment details are handled by our payment provider and Shopify; we never see full card numbers.
How we use it
To provide memberships and coaching, create athlete content (only with consent), contact college coaches for Get Recruited members, process orders, and send updates you've signed up for.
Who we share it with
Payment and store providers, our hosting provider, and — for Get Recruited members — the college coaches we reach out to on the athlete's behalf. We never sell personal information.
Children
Athletes under 18 must be signed up by a parent or guardian. Parents can ask to review, change or delete their child's information at any time.
Your choices
You can update your details from your account, unsubscribe from emails, withdraw photo consent or ask us to delete your account by contacting coach@jumperscentral.com.
